Hello! My name is Olivia Grace Denmark. I'm 6 years old and and I'm in the first grade. I'm so happy you stopped by to check out Olivia's Doctor Adventures! I helped my mommy with this book, so of course its my favorite book now! This book is cool because it teaches us kids about different types of doctors. I can now say big words like C-A-R-D-I-O-L-O-G-I-S-T and A-N-E-S-T-H-E-S-I-O-L-I-S-T. Can you say those words 5 times fast? If you want to learn about doctors this is a great book for you! MEET DR. DENMARK:

​

As a physician, it is my passion to inspire others to pursue a careers in medicine. It's my belief that it is never too early to inspire a child to dream big dreams.  So it's not surprising that my passion for medicine trickled down to my daughter, Olivia and sparked an interest in learning about medicine.

​

Anyone who knows my daughter, knows she is an old soul in a little girl's body with an amazing gift for gab! I can't tell you the endless hours we have spent discussing various types of doctors she could become. Somewhere along the way, she started jotting down info from our conversations into a notebook.

So here we are today. Our conversations and scribbles in a journal have manifested into "Olivia's Doctor Adventures" which serves as an introduction into medicine at an elementary level for children. Growing up from humble beginnings as the daughter of a carpenter, to now a first generation doctor, it is my mission to make sure children everywhere know they have the ability to become a doctor!
